3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 can pure of pumpkin
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of Apple Juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of fresh frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
