What more of a better way you can treat yourself in the afternoon with some yummy snack? For me, I’d give myself some mango float supreme. Since I already mentioned it, I’d like to share with you my Mango Float Recipe. I always make this recipe since me and my kids really love mangoes. Aside from mango shakes, this mango float recipe is a must like every once in a week for my family. Because like I said, we love mangoes, it’s high in fiber, rich in antioxidant vitamin C, A and B6 and a whole lot more.
Mango Float Supreme Recipe
Delicious mango float recipe is very easy to make, even your kids can do it. My 6 year old son usually helps me every time I make my mango float supreme recipe.
Here’s what you’ll need for the mango float supreme recipe:
2-3 ripe mangoes (sliced thinly)
1 can of Condensed milk (approximately 390-400g)
250 ml All-purpose cream
1 pack of Graham crackers (200g)
The first step that you need to do is combine the 1 can of Condensed milk and 1 250 ml All-purpose cream into a large bowl and mix it well. Set aside.
On a dish pan, add in a layer of graham crackers. Then pour in a layer of cream over the crackers and arrange mango over the top. Then add another layer of graham crackers over the top and repeat the process to the desired number of layers.
On the final layer of the graham crackers, pour in the remaining cream over the crackers on top.
For the topping of the mango float recipe, you can top it with any design the way that you would like, whether putting on some crushed grahams and mango wedges. It will all be up to your preference.
Once done, you may now put it in the fridge and allow to chill for a few hours. I would usually do it overnight and serve the sweet yummy mango float.
