1 and 1/3 cup of milk
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar (you can use honey too)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of oil
3 cups of bread flour
- Warm up the milk in the microwave about 30 seconds or a minute, add the yeast then shower the sugar and mix it up until the yeast and the sugar dissolve.
- Transfer it into a large bowl, add a salt, shower the oil, give it up a quick mix and add the bread flour. If you find out that your dough is still sticky, add some flour on it.
- Prepare your baking tray with a baking sheet. Divide your dough into 8 pieces, roll it into balls and flatten them out into disk and place each one of them on the baking sheet.
- Pre heat your oven in 500 degrees and cook it about 5 minutes until it’s fluffy.
