A drooling recipe that makes a simple meal into an extraordinary meal. This garlic cheesy bread goes with any dishes.

One of the easiest recipes to do is a bread toast with garlic and cheese. How simple is that? Today, I’ll be sharing with you my gooey, garlic cheesy bread recipe that you can imagine. Does that sound perfectly good and it’s making me hungry as well. Garlic bread is one of the foods that can take your meal to the next level and very easy to make at your own home.

Garlic Cheesy Bread RecipeI love my friends to come over to the house and ask for this again and again. I also used to work in an Italian restaurant and this is one of my favorite appetizers that I always order it after work, a very scrumptious and comforting food that you will definitely enjoy.

So now, let’s get started. Here’s what you will need.

Garlic Cheesy Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Loaf of any kind of Italian bread

5 Garlic clove

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella

Parmesan cheese, grated

Black Pepper

Procedure:

Garlic Cheesy Bread RecipePreheat the oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut out your bread at the side of a bit more rounded, do not cut it all the way but cut it like it opens like a book. Set aside.

In a small food processor or in a blender, add in all the garlic, oil and parsley and blend it until smooth.

Spread over this mixture on both sides of the bread and wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it for 10 minutes.

Unwrap the bread and sprinkle over the mozzarella and parmesan cheese all over both sides of the bread. Season it with pepper all over the top.

Return the bread to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Slice you garlic cheesy bread into bite size pieces and serve it hot.
