Cinnamon Bread Recipe
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of butter
2 large eggs
1 cup of cinnamon chips
Cinnamon-Sugar, for topping
1.) In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, yeast and salt. Set aside for a while.
2.) In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs and milk.
3.) Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and then mix it until smooth.
4.) Put on the cinnamon chips and stir. Get a plastic wrap and cover the batter, let it rest for 50 minutes.
5.) Preheat your oven into 350°F. Grease well an 8 by 4 inch pan to prevent the bread stick to the pan.
6.) Spread the batter into the pan then sprinkle its top with cinnamon sugar.
