Ingredients for White Bar Fudge Recipe
500 grams brown sugar
500 ml all-purpose cream
3 tablespoon sugar syrup
140 grams chunk white chocolate
- In a tin pan, pour the brown sugar, all-purpose cream, chunks of white chocolate and sugar syrup. Stir till the sugar melts in a low heat temperature.
- Turn the heat off and continue stirring for 5 minutes until it thicken. Use the spatula to test and swirl it. Transfer into the tin and leave it overnight. Cut into squares and set aside to serve. Don’t refrigerate.
You can also add some peanuts or almonds if you like. That would give your white bar fudge recipe a twist and a lot more yummier.
