Cherry Danish Snack Recipe
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls, divided
16 ounces softened cream cheese
1 and a half cup of confectioner’s sugar, divided
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling
3 tablespoons of milk
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place an unrolled crescent dough into the greased baking pan. press bottom of the pan to form a crust. Press pie together to seal.
3. Combine and beat cream cheese together with the 3/4 cup of confectioner’s sugar, egg white and vanilla extract. Beat using the electric mixer and set in a medium speed until it well blended. Spread into crust and cover with cream cheese filling.
4. Unroll the remaining crescent and separate 2 rectangles. Use it to seal int to the rectangle pan. Place pie filling to pie crust and bake it for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
