4 cups versatile flour
4 tablespoons minimizing
4 tbsps butter
1/2 cup water
2 huge bananas
1/3 cup finely cut dried out apricot
1 pinch nutmeg
1 orange juice
1 egg yolk, beaten

To make the dough, look the flour in to a big mixing bowl. Include the shortening and butter and mix into the flour with your hands till the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. Slowly assimilate the water to make a soft dough. Cover in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for HALF AN HOUR.
Mash the bananas in a dish with a fork and stir in the oranges, nutmeg, and orange juice, blending well. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut out 4-inch rounds. Spoon a little of the banana packing into one half of each round and fold the dough over the packing to make semicircles. Pinch the edges together and secure by pushing with spurs of a fork. Prepare the pastries on a nonstick cookie sheet and clean them with the beat on egg yolk to glaze. Cut a little slit in each pastry and cook in a preheated oven at 350 levels F for about 25 minutes or till gold brown. Dust with confectioners’ sweets and serve.
